Keeping up with the Giants in the World Series presents a dilemma for fans who have other obligations while the game is on.

FOX40 stopped by Anthony’s Barbershop where the scizzors don’t stop for the World Series. Barber Alex Tillisch, a huge Giants fan, is thankful the shop has a large flat screen TV.

“I’m still 15 feet away from the TV so I can still pay close enough attention,” Tillisch explained.

Bartender Emily Schneider at Firestone Public House, where dozens of TVs were airing Game One, was enjoying the game and her job.

“It’s amazing,” Schneider said. “I mean it’s a great experience watching the game, watching history. And then having a full house like this.  We’re running around like crazy but I’m having so much fun.”

At Ace of Spades concert venue, fans of both the Giants and rapper G-Eazy had a dilemma: do they pay attention to the concert, or watch the game in the venue’s bar?

“I’ll be doing both,” said once concertgoer dressed in Giants gear. “I’ll be dancing and I’ll be paying attention.”

Security guards, valet parking attendants, and others without access to TV made do with radios and pitch-by-pitch updates on their smart phones.
