Patrick Fugit will headline The List, an indie feature to be directed by Harris Goldberg from a script he co-wrote with Kristen D’Alessio.
In the romantic comedy/drama, Fugit will play a young man who undertakes a list of self-improvements in order to win the girl of his dreams. Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon a Time, House) and Karen Gillan (Doctor Who) are also set to star.
D’Alessio is producing the privately financed feature for Goose’s List, with Elizabeth Phelps and Mason Phelps serving as executive producers.
Fugit, repped by Gersh and Levin/Brown Management, most recently appeared in last year’s Thanks for Sharing and 2011’s We Bought a Zoo.
Production on the film, which is being repped by attorney Irwin Rappaport, is scheduled to begin principal photography on May 23.
