As fans greedily devour Arrested Development episodes this Memorial Day weekend, Mitch Hurwitz took a moment to address the show’s supporters and detractors.

He also reiterated some viewing advice: please don’t watch the episodes out of order.
All episodes of the show debuted at 12:01 am on May 26, capping years of anticipation of seeing the original cast reprise their roles as the dysfunctional Bluth family.
“But really this is yours now,” he wrote about the season 4 revival, adding: “Except for the obvious copyright issues. And you have to subscribe to Netflix.”
He signs the note: “I love don’t know you.”
