Even though the White House looks like it gets obliterated, Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx aren’t letting the bad guys win.

The film is the second Hollywood title to be released this year featuring the White House being invaded.
Just as Antoine Fuqua’s Olympus Has Fallen (released March 22) enlisted Gerard Butler to protect the President in a time of crisis, the plot of White House Down revolves around Capitol Hill police officer John Cale (Tatum), who finds himself in dire circumstances.
The trailer shows Cale arriving at the White House for a job interview with the secret service and then subsequently pairing with President James Sawyer (Foxx) to resolve a hostage situation.
