Hyland, formerly senior vp ad sales pricing and inventory, oversaw direct response and the pricing and planning teams for the Nickelodeon networks and websites. In her new role, she will be responsible for ad sales’ strategic planning and analysis for key initiatives and potential new business partnerships. She also will liaison with Viacom Ad Sales and oversee the ad sales marketing and direct response/paid programming teams.
In his most recent role as vp in ad sales, Imberman was responsible for many of Nickelodeon’s largest accounts. He now will lead the sales team in New York, providing strategic direction and tactical insights, driving sales and maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic inventory management. He also will define new models and processes to grow the Nickelodeon linear business and will partner with the Nickelodeon integrated marketing group to drive sales programs that balance client needs and channel priorities.
Nesci was a principal at J/T/N Advisors, where he developed product sales and marketing strategy for ad-supported digital media companies, including Tumblr, TechCrunch and MTV Networks. “Amy, Jeff and Justin are all innate strategic thinkers that bring an extreme wealth of knowledge about the market place and the Nick brand to their new roles as key members of my senior leadership team,” said Perry.
