307 update now available

I just flashed unbranded global FTF. No .307 available yet. Not via OTA, not via PCC.

Maybe a stupid question but: is it possible to flash new baseband from this new firmware on .253? Because i'm now on XistenZ rom with 253 as base. And it will take Niaboc some time to make a new vversion of his rom.

I own an Optimus Black, the snooper was great. Since this phone is new, a link snooper would be nice. At least some guys wont have to rely on PC companion to know they're last in line for an update. :highfive::laugh::highfive:

I wonder if Sony will play the same roll out strategy for 4.2.. :angel::angel:

Anyway, no update as yet in India. Hey, OP, any noticeable improvements in the software?

yes you can flash the baseband with flashtool.

thats because LG is SLow as hell when releasing softwares, and when they do its usually buggy. LG is the bad luck brian meme of the mobile world

but yeah would come in handy for getting "beta" firmwares quicker

whats more important the firmware of the phone or the country you chose when installing sony companion, or are both taken into account ?? could that be it?? just throwing out ideas

That isn't the customization number that is the app version which will be the same for all

There is the "APP" and the "FSP" it is the fsp that is for the customisation/regions etc etc

Also you cannot change your SI number it is on the IMEI sticker

Global and CE .253 are up to date - says OTA and PCC. No worries, we will get it in next few days, be patient. After all, we all bought Sony, so we must be patient by default :victory:
