A Florida jury’s not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman trial sent protesters to the streets in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
More than 100 Los Angeles residents went to Leimert Park Plaza in protest, captured by Kacey Montoya, a reporter for Tribune-owned local station KTLA:

Earlier Saturday, civil rights leaders in L.A. announced the creation of a hotline so residents can report potential violence spots.
