Is the fourth time the charm? Singer Sheryl Crow might be hoping so. The singer first listed her ten-acre Hollywood Hills compound for $15,950,000 in October of 2012, and then cut it by two million in January of this year. When that didn’t attract a buyer, she lopped off another half mill in May. And just last Friday, the “Easy” singer reduced the price by another million, according to real estate blog Redfin. The current asking price is $12,495,000 for this historical spread with three homes; one a cottage built in 1885, another a restored Spanish Revival with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. And did we mention its playground, palapas and infinity pool?

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have just added another estate to their list of for-sale properties, announced Trulia. This one, located in the upscale Nashville neighborhood of Belle Meade, is a six-bedroom, 6,000-square-footer. The country-singing duo is asking $2.9 million for the stunningly updated 1934 home that they purchased in 2005 for $1,575,000. And it turns out that the elegant estate is only a small part of the story. Last week, the couple listed their Franklin, Tennessee 400+ acre farm for $20 million. With pastures, ponds, four residences and a 12-stall barn, the mega ranch is not entirely a bucolic idyll. According to Trulia, the couple has been involved in an ongoing lawsuit with neighbors, who are accusing the couple of negligence that led to property damage following the 2010 Nashville floods.
Vin Diesel isn’t adding mega acreage to the market with his modest 1,517-square-foot bachelor pad. Trulia reports that the Fast & Furious star has just put his Hollywood Hills home on the market after purchasing it 13 years ago for $562,000 after asking $5,800 a month to rent out the three-bedroom, three-bath gated and walled retreat. Diesel now has the indoor/outdoor flowing property listed for $1.3 million. Perhaps an upgrade to a mega mansion is in his future.
