Friends, family and neighbors held a vigil to mourn a woman killed by her roommate.
“She was just a bright ray of sunshine. We were like moths and we just flocked to her,” Julie Ray’s brother, James Bullinger told FOX40.
Ray was killed last week by Stephen Brainard, who admitted to the killing. Brainard was then in an hours-long standoff Wednesday.
