NFL running back Arian Foster has signed with WME to represent him in all off-field areas, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The Houston Texans’ Foster has been called an “NFL renaissance man” by CBS Sports for his interests in acting, music, fashion, writing and philanthropy, in addition to his day job on the gridiron. The three-time Pro Bowler also is a three-time All-Pro selection and led the league in touchdowns in 2010 and 2012.

Foster, who appeared as himself on CBS’ Hawaii Five-0 earlier this year, will be seen on movie screens next year in Lionsgate’s Draft Day, directed by Ivan Reitman. Foster, who was signed out of Tennessee by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2009, will play Ray Jennings, a Florida State running back whom Kevin Costner’s Cleveland Browns GM is considering.
In addition to film and television work, WME will help Foster explore opportunities in marketing and brand building, as well as literature, music and digital media. The agency will also support Foster in his philanthropic causes, which include combating childhood obesity and promoting financial literacy. WME will work with Foster’s business manager, Humble Lukanga, and his attorney, Joseph O’Hara, who will continue to oversee his NFL contracts and his business ventures.
