ROSEVILLE-

Fire investigators say Friday’s grass fire in Maidu Park was set intentionally.

The fire burned 30 acres in the Roseville park and damaged four homes. The damage two those four homes, plus another structure, is estimated to be more than $1 million.

There were reports of children running from where the fire started, but investigators have yet to confirm that.

No one was injured in the fire.
