“We are living apart,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch said on Monday, “but there is no animosity. We are united and committed to our family.”
The news comes after months of speculation that the couple was headed for divorce. While neither party has filed paperwork just yet, Kris confirms that they are “no longer a couple.” According to a report from TMZ, the Jenners have no plans to go through an official divorce.

The duo also offered a statement to E!, home of their hit reality series, on Tuesday.
“We are living separately and we are much happier this way,” the former couple said in a joint statement. “But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority.”
Together, the famous momager, 57, and the former Olympic athlete, 63, have two teenage daughters — Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Kris is also mom to Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, while Jenner has four children, including Brandon and Brody Jenner, from previous relationships.
A rep for the Jenners did not immediately return THR’s request for comment.
