SACRAMENTO —

A marital argument Saturday afternoon ended with a car driven into a house and one woman in custody.

According to the report, officers from the California Highway Patrol and Sacramento Fire Department were called to a vehicle-into-house accident near Middle River Court and Sunrisegreens Drive around 4:15 p.m. Officers soon discovered that the “accident” might have been intentional.

After further investigation, officers discovered that the car was used to strike the house. The first hit went into the garage and hit the lawn mower, while the second went into the living room.

Brittney Lawren, 24, was taken into the Sacramento County Jail for domestic violence-related felony vandalism.
