NBC is hoping to capture a bit of the Meatballs and Wet Hot American Summer crowd this season.
The network on Thursday released the first footage of its Rachel Griffiths original scripted dramedy, Camp.
From Deception‘s Liz Heldens and Peter Elkoff, Camp is set at Little Otter Family Camp, where parents decompress with gin while teens make mischief and fall in and out of love. It’s described as a wicked slice of lakeside heaven, where Mother Nature and human nature collide.

Griffiths stars as Mackenzie, the typically upbeat, relentlessly positive camp director whose golden rule is: Having a good time is not optional.
Check out the clip below, and hit the comments with your thoughts. Will you watch Camp when it premieres Wednesday, July 10, on NBC?
