Happy Holidays!   Thomas Fischer, a homebuilder in Pennsylvania, will ride along with an actor portraying General George Washington this year during the annual reenactment of Washington crossing the Delaware. Fischer won this ride through an auction meant to help the reenactment continue after budget cuts.
