A lack of an original Big Bang Theory didn’t hold CBS back from the No. 1 ranking on Thursday night. A new Mom matched the Big Bang encore as the night’s top show among adults 18-49, averaging a 2.3 rating — off three-tenths of a point from last week.

Two and a Half Men (1.9 adults) shed four-tenths of a point from the previous week, tying a series low in live-plus-same-day showings, while The McCarthys (1.6 adults) and Elementary (1.4 adults) both matched their latest episodes.
NBC clocked a series low for The Biggest Loser, dropping two-tenths of a point to a 0.9 rating in the key demo. Between 9 and 11 p.m., the first outing for the People Magazine Awards only fetched a 0.8 rating.
Repeats of Bones filled Fox’s lineup, while ABC had a steady airing of The Taste (0.8 adults). The CW aired the iHeart Radio Jingle Ball to the tune of a 0.6 rating with adults 18-49.
