According to recent reports, the  Sacramento Kings have fired their Head Coach Mike Malone.

The Kings have yet to make a formal announcement.

Yahoo! Sports broke the news on Sunday night.

This is Malone’s second season with the team. He was hired in 2013 when new owner Vivek Ranadive took over.

The Kings are 11-13 this season. They have lost 7 of the 9 games star player DeMarcus Cousins missed due to viral meningitis.

It is reported that Assistant Coach Tyrone Corbin will take over as interim coach.
