TNT is teaming with Troy Dunn and Shed Media to search for missing persons.
The Turner-owned cable network has picked up six episodes of APB With Troy Dunn, an investigation series that incorporates a social media application to help reunite loved ones.
The series will premiere Friday, Jan. 17, at 10 p.m. following the season premiere of TNT’s real-life investigation series Cold Justice. Each of the hourlong episodes will feature Dunn using his experience in answering the pleas of those who are desperate to bring home long-lost loved ones from around the nation. Dunn will use a new social media app to utilize viewer tips to help with the search.
For those who wish to have Dunn investigate their missing persons case, submit through TNT’s website by clicking here.
In 1990, Dunn helped his mother — who was adopted as a baby — locate her own biological family. Since then, his team has assisted thousands of people worldwide in finding their loved ones via TroyTheLocator.com. From 2008-10, Dunn starred in WE tv’s series The Locator and is also the author of the book It’s Never Too Late: Lessons for Life From The Locator.
