SACRAMENTO-
A utility truck overturned Friday morning on the eastbound side of the Pioneer Bridge.
Highway Patrol said drivers should expect serious delays, and there was no estimated time for lanes to reopen.
A witness reported to the CHP that the truck driver was out of the vehicle. It was unclear if the driver suffered any serious injuries.
