SACRAMENTO-
As the roads are slick with rain, the California Highway Patrol reported another significant crash Wednesday morning – with the scene blocking the connector between northbound Highway 99 and westbound Highway 50.
A big rig jackknifed, blocking both lanes.
Officers had no estimate for when the road would clear.
Another bad crash had blocked all northbound lanes on Interstate 5 at Laguna Boulevard earlier in the morning.
