HBO has released the first teaser for the gay-themed dramedy Looking.
There isn’t any dialogue in the 20-second promo, which premiered Sunday evening, but set to the tune of The 2 Bears’ “Take a Look Around,” the word “looking” plays front and center. The series, from creator Michael Lannan, centers on a group of gay friends living in San Francisco.
The teaser is filled with shots of Jonathan Groff (Spring Awakening, Glee), Russell Tovey (Being Human) and Frankie J. Alvarez being young, looking for romance and looking to have fun.
Watch the teaser below.
Looking premieres Jan. 19 at 10:30 p.m.
