YouTube is launching its first star-studded Comedy Week.
From May 19 to 25, Comedy Week will highlight the best of comedy with live events, video premieres and collaborations from the biggest names, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Vince Vaughn, Rainn Wilson, Sarah Silverman, Michael Cera, Seth Rogen, Tim and Eric, Ed Helms, Ken Jeong, Norm Macdonald, Craig Robinson, Rhett & Link, Beardyman, Eric Andre, Garfunkel and Oates, Grace Helbig, Hannibal Buress, Jeff Ross, Jenny Slate, Justin Willman, Jerrod Carmichael, Nathan Fielder, Pete Holmes, Reggie Watts, Ryan Higa, Tig Notaro and The Lonely Island are some of the top-tier comedy talent taking part.
Other participants include Smosh, Nerdist, The Onion, College Humor, Funny or Die, Epic Meal Time, JASH, Epic Rap Battles of History, Above Average, Barely Political, FIDLAR, Fine Brothers, Improv Everywhere, KassemG, Three Loco and Tummy Talk.

To kick off Comedy Week, YouTube will hold a worldwide live stream at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET May 19 where comedians will perform standup, sketches and musical performances. A preshow will precede the live stream at 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET.
Following the worldwide event, a week of programming will include live performances, new episodes from YouTube channels and curated top 10 lists from comedy stars.
“YouTube is the home of comedy for the next generation,” said Danielle Tiedt, YouTube’s vp marketing. “If you like to laugh, come join us during Comedy Week as we celebrate the best of comedy with sketches, pranks, standup routines, sitdown routines, parodies, blunders, fails, live shows and unexpected collaborations in a way that only YouTube can.”
The weeklong lineup, which is produced with JASH founder Daniel Kellison, will be available at youtube.com/comedyweek beginning May 19.
