Five Roseville schools have been put on lockdown this afternoon as a result of the current situation along Riverside Avenue.

The Roseville Public Safety issued the shutdown of St. Rose, St. Albans, Cirby Elementary, Joyland Preschool and Maidu Elementary Schools after the report of a second I.C.E. officer shot as well as a hostage situation.

Police and Sheriff’s deputies were searching for a man that reportedly shot an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer earlier in the afternoon.
