MODESTO—
No one was hurt in a fire that saw flames spreading from a garage and then engulfing a south Modesto home.
Both Modesto and Ceres fire crews showed up at the Parkhurst Way and Dallas Street home to help fight the blaze.
Officials say the fire started in the garage some time Sunday evening then spread to the rest of the home.
Investigators are currently on scene and are looking into what caused the fire. No injuries have been reported.
