Arrow, meet Flash.
The CW has released another clip from Wednesday’s anticipated episode, “The Scientist,” during which Barry Allen/Flash (Glee‘s Grant Gustin) is introduced into the Arrow universe. Barry comes into Starling City after an “unexplained robbery” hits Queen Consolidated.
In the scene, Barry quizzes Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) about the vigilante. From his line of questioning, it’s obvious he’s well-versed in the vigilante’s past dealings and acts, including saving Felicity from peril.

Unbeknownst to him, Felicity is knee-deep in vigilante action and when he asks her what the vigilante is like, Felicity can only muster up the following response: “Green.”
But her simple response is enough to spawn a million theories. “That’s interesting, right?!” he says with an innocent enthusiasm. Unfortunately (or fortunately) for Barry, he’s on to the vigilante’s past more than he thinks, accurately pinpointing Oliver’s history in the jungle and hypothesizing that the green was a nod to his past.

Barry’s other ideas include that the vigilante has a team behind him — with one computer-savvy expert. “Yeah … ,” Felicity says.
Why is Barry so interested in the vigilante? Watch the scene above.
Arrow airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
