LONDON — Warner Music U.K. has fine-tuned its management structure following its acquisition of the Parlophone Label Group (PLG) earlier this month.
Christian Tattersfield will lead the combined company as CEO, WM U.K. He also will act as co-chairman of Warner Bros. Records U.K.
Miles Leonard combines a new role as co-chair of Warner Bros. Records U.K. with his responsibilities as chairman, Parlophone, reporting to Tattersfield.
Music industry veteran Leonard, who occupied various positions at Virgin and Parlophone before leading A&R across both labels, has played a key role in the careers of U.K. artists and bands including Coldplay, Gorillaz, Kylie Minogue, Lily Allen and Tinie Tempah.

Max Lousada will continue as chairman of Atlantic Records U.K., whose U.K. acts include Rudimental, Plan B, Ed Sheeran, Paolo Nutini, Rumer and Birdy.
Lousada’s existing senior management team also will remain in place steering the further growth of Atlantic and its affiliated labels. Dan Chalmers continues at the helm of Rhino, ADA & Warner Music Artist and Label Services in the U.K.
Jeremy Marsh, currently vice chairman, Warner Bros Records U.K., will assume the role of exec vp of international marketing, WMUK, taking over from Mike Allen, who is retiring.

Tattersfield said Leonard had had an enormous influence on the U.K. music scene “and the success of the acts he has championed, both at home and abroad, makes him a tremendous addition to our team.”
Leonard said Warner Music and Parlophone “share a vision and culture that puts artists first and together we have the most forward-thinking and exciting music company in the business.”
Warner Music Group is home to a collection of record labels including Asylum, Atlantic, Big Beat, East West, Elektra, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Reprise, Rhino, Roadrunner, Rykodisc, Sire, Warner Bros., Warner Classics, Warner Music Nashville and Word, as well as music publishers Warner/Chappell Music.
