Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show helped drive CBS to a Tuesday victory. The runway show, down just two tenths from last year but up a touch in viewers, averaged a dominant 3.4 rating among adults 18-49 at 10 p.m. That puts it ahead of even The Voice.
CBS also had a new NCIS (2.8 adults, down two tenths) and an even NCIS: LA (2.4 adults), giving the network a nightly average of 2.8 rating among adults 18-49 and 14.4 million viewers.
The Biggest Loser (1.9 adults) was off two-tenths of a point on NBC, while The Voice (3.1 adults) shed three-tenths of a point. Chicago Fire (2.2 adults) was off only a tenth, giving the network a 2.4 adults rating and 8.9 million viewers for the night.
Fox’s annual airing of the American Country Awards matched last year’s score of a 1.4 rating with adults 18-49, averaging 5.2 million viewers.
Over on ABC, Agents of SHIELD (2.0 adults) dropped a hefty six-tenths of a point to a new low. The Goldbergs (1.7 adults) and Trophy Wife (1.2 adults) both improved with the original lead-in, rising three-tenths and one-tenth of a point. What Would You Do? (0.9 adults) lost a tenth at 10 p.m., with ABC netting a 1.4 adults rating and 4.4 million viewers.
Repeat concert specials earned a 0.2 adults rating and 592,000 viewers on The CW.
