TURLOCK-
The organizers of the Stanislaus County Fair in Turlock say they had another successful year after almost 229,000 people visited over the fair’s 10-day run.
“It was a great combination of entertainment, agricultural education, and just plain fun,” said Chris Borovansky, chief executive officer of the fair, in a news release. “The Fair at its core is a special event for the community.”
The fair also saw success in their mobile app with more than 15,000 downloads since it launched – 5,000 just this year.
Guests were also drawn in with a “free until 3 p.m.” promotion running every Sunday.
