LinkedIn Company Pages Add Analytics

LinkedIn added analytic support to Company Pages Wednesday, giving businesses the opportunity to track how content shared on LinkedIn performs.

Starting Wednesday companies can use analytics to find out which of their LinkedIn posts are driving the most engagement, get a detailed demographic of their followers and compare the growth of their brand against similar brands using the site.

Analytics can be accessed from a tab at the top of your company page, and can be filtered by date and time period to show the more relevant details for you.

Earlier this month LinkedIn introduced Sponsored Updates for companies, giving them the opportunity to pay to promote specific pieces of content. Wednesday’s analytics can potentially help companies discover popular content worth promoting, as well as track how that content does over time.
