WOODLAND—
A pair of state workers charged in an indecent exposure incident in Davis pleaded not guilty to the charges Friday, according to Yolo County Superior Court.
Xenyi Xu, 30, and Nicholas Bowen, 61, are expected to be back in court in September.
Residents reported seeing Xu expose herself to juveniles passing by while Bowen filmed. The incident happened at Davis’ Community Park.
Xu reportedly works as a research analyst for the Department of Health Care Services, while Bowen works at the Department of Public Health. Both offices wouldn’t comment if the incident put the two’s jobs in jeopardy
The two’s September court appearance will be a pre hearing conference, the superior court noted.
