Monday night’s Wheel of Fortune featured a puzzle with the answer “The Fast and the Furious” just days after star Paul Walker died in a tragic car crash.
The show’s Twitter account noted that the episode was taped on Oct. 4 and its airing on Monday night was “an unfortunate coincidence.”

After the show, host Pat Sajak tweeted that he regretted the timing of the episode.

The show also posted a message for Walker’s family, friends and fans on its Twitter account.
