In the series, actors, musicians and others are challenged to venture out into the woods without knowing their destination. This leads many of them to be very pensive about themselves and their lives.
In the video, Black is seen sitting on a chair talking about her experience in the woods.
“I liked not knowing things. I think it’s a nice place to be,” she says to the camera.
Throughout her career, Black starred in independent movies like Easy Rider, Five Easy Pieces and Nashville. She was diagnosed with ampullary cancer in November of 2010 and died on Aug. 8, 2013, at the age of 74.
The Being Experience has gathered an impressive number of stars for the film collection, including Terrence Howard, Alan Cumming, Questlove, Dave Matthews and Moby. It also features vocalizations by Yoko Ono. On the 25th of each month a new installment will be released online.
