Bryan Singer continues to tantalize fans with photos from X-Men: Days of Future Past. In his latest Twitter missive, the director shared a look at a man sporting a Trask Industries jacket.
X–Men fans might recall Bolivar Trask is the name of the military mastermind who created the Sentinels — the giant, mutant-hunting robots long rumored to play a role in Days of Future Past.

On a possibly related note, the identity of Peter Dinklage’s mystery villain has not yet been revealed, but last week Singer tweeted a photo of the Game of Thrones star sporting a mustache and reviewing a script. In the comics, Bolivar Trask is depicted as having a mustache. That fact — combined with the Trask Industries photo — set X-fans into a frenzy on Twitter on Tuesday with speculation that Dinklage is playing the mutant-fearing scientist.

Nothing is definitive, but Singer sure knows how to stir the speculation pot.
Fox’s Days of Future Past features X-Men: First Class castmembers James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult, with original X-Men trilogy actors Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore on board to reprise their roles. American Horror Story breakout star Evan Peters was last week announced as playing Quicksilver.
It is slated for a July 18, 2014, release.
