The pic stars Rogen and Rose Byrne as a young couple who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. Efron plays the leader of the frat.
Stoller is directing from a script by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. The film is being produced by Good Universe and Rogen’s Point Grey Pictures.
