Longtime Disney production executive Brigham Taylor is stepping down and now will become an exclusive producer for Disney.
Taylor joined the company in 1994 as a creative executive and moved up the ranks to become executive vp production. He became the studio’s man for tentpoles, working on Oz the Great and Powerful, Tron Legacy as well as the Chronicles of Narnia franchise.

He also was the executive who worked with mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer when he was based at the studio, overseeing the billion-dollar-grossing Pirates of the Caribbean films.
Taylor will segue into his position as an executive producer on Tomorrowland, currently shooting in Vancouver with Brad Bird at the helm; he also will be part of the producing team behind the studio’s live-action take on The Jungle Book, which is in development with Jon Favreau attached as director.
His producing career will begin once his current contract expires this spring.
