“Working with Crown was a delight. I haven’t been hungry in ten years,” Gaffigan said.
“Working with Jim Gaffigan and his team on his bestselling book, Dad Is Fat, was such a pleasure that we couldn’t wait to sign him up for another book on the topic people most love to hear him talk about: food,” said Tina Constable, senior vice president and publisher, Crown Archetype.
Gaffigan is among the most successful comedians in the United States, with DVDs and CDs reaching platinum status. He has appeared on HBO’s Flight of the Conchords and Bored to Death and on three of NBC’s Law & Order series. His big screen roles have included Going the Distance, Away We Go, and It’s Kind of a Funny Story, and he made his Broadway debut in That Championship Season alongside Chris Noth, Brian Cox, Jason Patric, and Kiefer Sutherland.
