With its first round of scripted premieres out of the way, Fox’s first DVR stats solidify Sleepy Hollow‘s incredibly strong debut.
The drama, which jumped 43 percent in Live+Three Day returns to a 5.0 rating with adults 18-49, easily ranks as the network’s strongest series last week — and the best nonsports program on the broadcast networks.

Moving up a sizable 1.5 points in the key demo, Sleepy Hollow also outpaced the initial DVR and VOD lifts of recent top dramas Revolution, The Following and Under the Dome.
New comedies were also up double digits, though in keeping with the genre, their immediate growth was not as sizable. Brooklyn Nine-Nine edged out its freshman counterpart, growing 19 percent (2.6 adults to a 3.1 adults) compared to Dads‘ 18 percent (2.2 adults to a 2.6 adults).
New Girl was still the tops, matching last season’s premiere tally with a 31 percent boost to a 3.8 rating among adults 18-49. The Mindy Project, besting the new comedies in percent growth, still trailed with a cumulative 2.3 rating in the demo.
Not included in any of these numbers is the rather heavy encore strategy Fox employed last week with its freshman trio. Friday’s Sleepy Hollow repeat averaged a 1.0 rating in the demo, while Dads (1.2 adults) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.0 adults) both aired again on Wednesday.
