WOODLAND-

The father of Baby Justice was arrested again Friday.

Yolo County Sheriff’s deputies say they found a narcotics pipe, methamphetamine and ammunition in Rees’ home while serving a search warrant.

Rees was previously in Yolo County Sheriff’s custody until Wednesday night on misdemeanor charges unrelated to his infant son’s death. Samantha Green, Justice’s mother, is being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the baby’s death.

Rees was booked into jail on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, being a felon in possession of ammunition and probation violation.

Wanda Cozart, Green’s mother and Justice’s grandmother, told FOX40 on Tuesday that the baby had drugs in his system at birth. Toxicology results from the baby’s autopsy could take weeks, investigators said.
