STOCKTON-

Newly-released documents shed some light on the investigation into the July 16 Stockton bank robbery, chase and shootout that ended in three deaths.

On July 17, investigators searched the home that 19-year-old Jaime Ramos shared with his girlfriend and parents. Ramos is the sole-surviving suspect allegedly involved in the chase and shootout but officers are searching for a fourth person, believed to have dropped the three men off at the Bank of the West branch.

The documents also reveal that a witness at the bank reported seeing a woman drop off the three armed suspects. Investigators soon found the car they say dropped the men off.

Ramos’ girlfriend’s name is on the title of that car, investigators say.

DNA samples were taken from the inside of the car.
