Sacramento Kings rookie Nik Stauskas made an unusual agreement on Twitter, and it will cost him his girlfriend for one night.
Stauskas’ girlfriend, Taylor Anderson, will go to prom with a high school student from Michigan, and it was arranged on Twitter.
Jamie Guerra asked Stauskas how many retweets it would take for Stauskas to let his girlfriend go to his prom. After consulting with Taylor, Nik challenged him to get 10,000 retweets – and he did it, so Taylor plans to accompany Jamie to his prom in the spring.
Stauskas will be there, too, as a “chaperone,” he told FOX40, “just checking to be sure everything is OK.”
