Elk Grove Police Arrest Man on Suspicion of Indecent Exposure

A man was arrested last night on suspicion of indecent exposure.

According to Elk Grove Police reports, 47-year old Jon Lee Theis was contacted and arrested after he allegedly performed an unspecified act of indecent exposure on the 8400 block of Laguna Boulevard. Theis also reportedly provided officers with false information about his identity.

The suspect was arrested on Penal Code 314.1. He was booked into the county jail but was released earlier today.
