CITRUS HEIGHTS-
Police in Citrus Heights are searching for the minivan that belonged to a homicide victim.
A woman was found unresponsive in a home along Rocky Point Court on Monday and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Police say she later died from her injuries, which were said to be “consistent with assault.”
The woman’s vehicle, a 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan, was missing from the scene. Investigators believe the car was taken by a “person of interest.”
The van has the California license plate 6FVH704 and may have damage to its front bumper on the right side.
