SACRAMENTO-

Protesters are currently marching through downtown Sacramento. The protest is a part of the National Day Against Police Brutality.

The protest is mostly peaceful, but there was one act of violence. According to the Sacramento Police Department, one protester threw a fake gun at a police officer and then was arrested on assault charges.

The march is slowing traffic around J and K streets. Police are at the protest, monitoring on horseback.
