YOLO COUNTY-
The father of baby Justice Rees, Frank Rees, is in jail for Sunday night.
FOX40 has confirmed Rees has been booked into the Yolo County Jail on misdemeanor charges. Jail staff says the charges are unrelated to the murder of his child.
Frank Rees was contacted by deputies on three misdemeanor warrants, including driving with a suspended license due to a DUI conviction and no proof of insurance.
