STOCKTON —

Delta College Police are looking for the individual(s) caught loitering inside campus restrooms this week.

Around 5 p.m. on Monday, a female custodian was working near the restrooms inside Danner Hall. A black male subject told the custodian there was a clean up necessary in the men’s restroom.

A few minutes later, the custodian entered the restroom. Upon entering, she discovered the same male subject standing in an open stall performing a lewd act.

The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

A report was filed about 20 minutes later. The suspect was described as around 18 years old with short dark hair, thin build and about 5’4″ tall.

Around 2:40 p.m. yesterday, a woman tried to enter the women’s restroom on the first floor of the Holt building. Before she could enter, a black male subject told her the restroom was full and to use the one on the second floor.

A few minutes after entering the second floor restroom, the woman heard the door open and discovered the same male subject peering underneath the stall door. She yelled at him and he fled in an unknown direction.

She followed a report shortly after. The suspect was also described as around 18 years old with short dark hair and thin build, though the victim said he was tall with a design shaved into his hair.

Police say although there is a height discrepancy between the descriptions of the suspects, they believe they may be related or the same person based upon general description and similarities of the actions prior to both incidents.
