I set my filters for location, price and other necessary options. I get notifications at various times of the day about new listings. when I go to the listings I find that they are well out of my price range that has been set and they don't always meet the criteria that I put in. it's very frustrating

Gives me homes that I've never searched for and have no saved searches for. It doesn't even give you an option to shut them off. I'm searching homes in Lubbock Tx and my price setting is from $380,000 to $580,000. I'm getting notifications on houses priced in the low thousands and also on rentals. I checked my filters in the app and they are all set as requested. I also looked to eliminate the saved searches that I no longer want and can't find anywhere in the app to do so. Thank you!

I love the idea of getting notifications when a new property comes up that matches my search. This app sends me multiple notifications for "new" listings that are often days old and ones I've viewed already. About ready to get rid of the app for this reason Update - The feedback option the developer describes errors when attempting to submit 🤷♂️
