This is the moment a selfless man helped to rescue 14 people out of a bus as he walks barefoot through hot water.
The man, known only as Yuan, was caught on video carrying the passengers away from a steaming pool of water after their bus became stuck.
He carried all the passengers on his back one by one, as the bus continued to be submerged by the pool of water arising from a nearby burst pipeline.
The accident took place in Jinlin province, north east China.
People across China have been praising the 43 year old's efforts and have dubbed him “Brother Bare Feet" after the video of his hero rescue went viral.
Yuan is seen to put his shoes back on at the end of the video following the rescue.
His feet appear sore and red after walking through the water so many times.
