HOLLYWOOD (KTLA)-
One person was taken into police custody after a man reportedly put traffic cones in lanes along Highway 101 in Hollywood Thursday.
“He just walked off the freeway, put a bunch of cones to cause accidents on purpose,” a witness told KTLA.
There have apparently been other incidents, too.
Reports of a pedestrian on the freeway prompted the arrest of a man in his 20s, CHP Officer Tony Polizzi said, but he could not confirm that the arrest was related to cones on the freeway.
