Product description
Dive into the Middle Ages and play the successor to the worldwide #1 hit, Bridge Constructor
Bridge Constructor Medieval turns back the clock a few centuries to the time of knights and castles. Build sturdy bridges to supply your city with provisions - or cunningly constructed bridges that collapse under the weight of attacking troops, sending the horde of enemies into the abyss below. You won’t even be safe from cannon fire in the 40 brand new levels. Protect your foot soldiers and your horse-drawn carriages with covered bridges and stable pillar structures.
There are a total of five materials available to help you build the perfect bridge: wood, heavy wood, stone and ropes, along with the new addition of the bridge roof.
Throughout the exciting background story, you will familiarize yourself with the various materials on a step-by-step basis, and learn everything you need to know so that your bridges meet the requirements of the different levels.
Innovative game modes in store for you!
Besides building stable bridges, there's also plenty on offer for veterans to discover in the new game modes. In the siege level, your bridge is bombarded by enemy catapults. Strengthen your bridge so that it doesn't collapse, and protect your own troops on the bridge with a bridge roof.
In another new game mode, you build your bridges so that they collapse under the load of enemy units to send as many of them as possible into the abyss.
In addition, the unique bonus challenges will leave even the most experienced players at their wit’s end. That way, both bridge-building professionals and novices will face a challenge in Bridge Constructor Medieval.

I have played and have greatly enjoyed building the bridges that the previous games Head up Games had to offer and along comes this medieval background bridge building that is so enchanting and just as good if not better to exercise the mind with than the previous games that I am very willing to give it 5 stars for a game well designed. If simplicity reveals the master then this game will challenge you on that thought. Get the games today and build the bridge to success.
You can have my money or my data, not both. I pay for apps in large part so that I can minimize the data mining of my life and the annoyance of ads intruding on what little leisure time I have; I literally have more money invested in the apps on my Note 4 then I have in the phone. The game looked like fun as presented in the AppStore, but not at the expense of snoopers in the background and barkers in my face.
Good time-killer for slow days at work or long bathroom breaks. But I feel like it's a little harder than necessary. You're given a budget to build each bridge, which does have a cute little backstory with it. Problem is that it's near impossible to build a bridge at or under said budget. It really is! and I know a moderate amount about bridge building -- did it in high school, and not just more game apps xP
A fun game that can be very addictive and challenging. I find that I can spend hours playing this game without even noticing the time pass by. I think that fact is a solid indicator of just how absorbing this game really is. Great game that is highly recommended for kids and adults.
The good: The game is moderately fun, but some of the 2nd-level goals are a bit unrealistic. The game plays without WiFi or data connection, so it is portable for your commute or for the kids to play in the back seat. When you exit the game, it doesn't leave any child processes running in the background, so no security or data-usage issues there.
The ugly: The engineering is off. There are some trusses that I build with zero-force members that the game shows as being under stress and failing. These zero-force members are called that because they're there for rigidity but do not support any of the load on the bridge. (I guess nobody but an engineer or physicist would notice this, but it should be programmed to work right.) -1 star for bad physics/engineering It can be pretty hard to get the ends of the board/beams/ropes to line up on a smaller screen like a phone (and I have a Galaxy S4 with a 5" high-def screen...I can't imagine playing this on a smaller screen than that).
The bad: Ad networks: Charboost (I really...REALLY...hate this one, it's a -1 star all on its own) and Flurry Ads Analytics: Flurry In-app billing (Always a no-no in a paid app. Either sell me the full app or give me the basic app for free and sell me stuff.) -1 star Facebook and Pushwoosh developer tools
Overall, I'm a bit torn. I like the game...except for the physics/engineering being off. I really hate the analytics and ad networks, but since I can play with the internet off, I can get around them. I'll probably play this all the way through then get rid of it. But with all those spyware code bits, I would not put this on my child's tablet.
