Dr. Taye Comfort Awoyemi (Formerly: ARAYELA) was recently diagnosed to have kidney disease in the United Kingdom (UK) during a family vacation to the UK. Her present health condition requires a kidney transplant in order to save her life. Before her sickness, she was a Senior lecturer of African Dramatic Literature and she has lectured at reputable Universities in Nigeria. Most of her students see her as a mentor, some as a mother, others as both. She finds happiness in helping people around her irrespective of whether she knows them personally or not, their religion or background, she accomodated them all. She is a modest, kind-hearted,supportive, humble, talented and down to earth person. She is a motivator and an encourager, a fighter of truth and justice, an advocate for the less privileged, a wonderful single mother of one, who is full of life and optimistic even in the worst of situations and a good stage director and actress. Her dream is to one day become a Professor and helping to save her life will be helping to save her dream from dieing.
